About us

We are a family based business and have recently rennovated our studio appartment to rent out for short durations. We welcome all nationalities and we take pride in giving you the best hospitality we can offer. Our prices are very reasonable for Paris and we are open to long-stay negotiations. The property has a typical french 19th Century theme with the town château just next door.

We are situated in Chilly-Mazarin, a very calm neighbourhood taking only 15 minutes to the Gateway of Paris. We are just 10 minutes drive from Orly airport. Nearest train station is Chilly Mazarin.

The Studio

The appartement is situated on the 2nd floor in the building. It is approximately 25m2 in size not including staircase, corridor and toilet. the address is: 9 rue françois mouthon, 91380 Chilly-Mazarin

Facilities include;

Our team

We are a French family living 2 minutes from the property. Our main aim is to make sure that you feel welcome, have everything you need (whether it being information on the area, advice, change of sheets.. Anything!). We take our customers who stay first which is why we are willing to pick you up from the airport and/or supply breakfast (small fee). You can arrange bookings in English or French by email, telephone or text message.
